Kieran Duffy

Kieran is an experienced construction industry professional, bringing extensive and impressive skillsets in civil construction and carpentry, together with strongly-developed supervision and management skills to the role of Executive Director for Productivity Force.

Kieran strives to revolutionise productivity within the construction industry, utilising his unique abilities to lead and motivate a team, while also commanding respect. At the forefront of all his endeavours is an exceptional focus on communication, quality and safety, as well as a drive to empower young people to gain employment and allow them to provide a valuable contribution to their community.

Kieran Duffy

Paul Breen

Paul started his career in 2001 for PAB Construction, building pits and general ground works. In 2007, Paul started Quickway Constructions, building roads and bridges around Australia. He founded Productivity Bootcamp, co-founded Productivity Force and invented NON-DRILL.

Paul’s vision now is to build and train a powerful workforce that is sustainable and innovative. With his most recent venture, Think Outside The Square, his focus is to design products that work smarter, increase productivity and take collaboration to a new level for all clients.

David Borger

David is the Executive Director and founding executive of the Western Sydney Business Chamber, having previously served in a number of Ministerial roles for the NSW Government, including Minister for Western Sydney.

David advocates to create communities of shared interest, to explore opportunities for innovation and investment, to champion the future vision for Western, to bring jobs to region and, most importantly, to advocate for economic, social and cultural investment that will improve the quality of life for the citizens of Western Sydney.

David has worked across industry sectors including healthcare, community care, ICT, professional services, media and recruitment. He has extensive understanding of achieving results in businesses experiencing disruption, through organisational redesign and culture transformation.

Qualifying as an adult apprentice pastry-chef, he also has a comprehensive background in hospitality management before moving into NBN connectivity and supervision ultimately leading to a career in business development in the telecommunications and mining industries.

Cameron has a business marketing degree which support his role with Productivity Force to build client partnerships in order to employ learning workers into the Construction Industry.

Cameron has a business marketing degree which support his role with Productivity Force to build client partnerships in order to employ learning workers into the Construction Industry.

Kate has a strong background in business operations, finance and administration, with over 25 years of experience across range of industries including manufacturing, equipment hire and not-for-profit. Kate is dynamic in bringing her extensive understanding of business practices to the Productivity Force team.

Kate is passionate about serving the community, enabling people to develop their potential and supporting the vision and positive culture of the Productivity Group of companies.
