Building Sydney’s Future with CPB

Early 2018, Productivity Force partnered with tier 1 contractor, CPB to work on a major government project in Moorebank, in Sydney’s West. We also assisted them in meeting their training requirements through trainee and apprentice hire.

The crew allocated to complete one of CPB’s triple box culvert projects consisted of: 1 supervisor, 1 steel fixer and 2 apprentices.

This project is a great example of the power of combining our work-ready trainee and apprentice hire Sydney services from sister company Productivity Bootcamp – backed by the NSW Business Chamber, where workers are put through an intensive 8-week outdoor training program on a simulated construction; along with skilled tradespeople. Employing apprentices provides savings on labour costs while helping young employees with career development

This project was also the first in which we implemented our new docket system, to fantastic reviews by the CPB Superintendent and team. This system, which uses benchmarked data to measure performance on similar tasks, drove and will continue to drive individual accountability by all our workers, creating a key focus on workplace safety, productivity and quality.
