Building the Nepean Bridge

Productivity Force has grown in strength since commencing work on the Nepean Bridge Project in 2018. Productivity Force is revolutionising the way apprentices are recruited, trained and mentored to become competent and qualified Tradespeople through their apprentice program.

In projects dominated by a need for willing hands, Productivity Force has the ability to quickly mobilise teams of varying experience and size to meet the needs of the project.

The Nepean Bridge Project was ideally suited to take advantage of our apprentice program, where we recruited young Australians from The Productivity Bootcamp program.

The Superintendent of the Nepean Bridge Project, Will Doran, stated; “Productivity Force, through the Bootcamp program in construction, provided these young men with the basic skills in construction along with a platform of self-belief that has produced a positive attitude that is rarely seen these days. A big well done to the Productivity Force trainees on 1 year at the Nepean Bridge! The sky is the limit for these young men!”
